Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY – FORTUNE MANAGEMENT COMPANY, INC. (SEAFOOD CITY)

Effective Date: July 14, 2016

This Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy (“Return Policy”) is part of Fortune Management Company, Inc.’s (“Seafood City” www.seafoodcity.com, “Grill City” www.grillcity.com) Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”). Unless otherwise defined in the Return Policy, capitalized terms have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Terms of Use. The Return Policy applies to the Commerce Additional Terms and the Online Ordering Services. In the event of conflict between the Return Policy, on the one hand, and on the other hand, the Terms of Use and Commerce Additional Terms, the order of priority will be this Return Policy, the Commerce Additional Terms and then the Terms of Use. By accepting the Terms of Use, you also accept this Return Policy.

This Refund Policy may be amended or discontinued at the sole discretion of Seafood City without notice or liability to you.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All return, exchange or refund transactions for Product purchases require a copy of the confirmation e-mail (or other electronic confirmation) from Seafood City for the applicable transaction using the Online Ordering Services. All refunds, exchanges and refunds for Product purchases are at the sole discretion of Seafood City.

Returned Products must be in their original packaging and may only be replaced with the same product or another product of the same value.

Meat, seafood, produce, and other perishable items may be returned, exchanged or refunded within one (1) day of the date of purchase and at a store location only. Non-perishable items may be returned, exchanged or refunded within three (3) days after the date of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Cooked/Prepared Foods (Grill City)

  • FOR FRIED FISH: You may cancel fried fish orders if such cancellation is received by Seafood City at least 30 minutes prior to your pick-up time. Cancellations of fried fish orders within thirty (30) minutes of your pick-up time are not permitted and such sales are considered final.
  • FOR LECHON: You may cancel your order of lechon if your cancellation is received by Seafood City at least three (3) days prior to your pick-up date. Cancellations of lechon orders within three (3) days of your pick-up date are not permitted and such sales are considered final.
  • FOR PARTY PACKAGES: You may cancel your Party Package order if your cancellation is received by Seafood City at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your pick-up time. Cancellations of Party Package orders within twenty-four (24) hours of the pick-up time are not permitted and such sales are considered final.
  • FOR BBQ & GRILL, FAMILY MEALS, SWEET ITEMS, VALUE MEALS and VALUE PACK ITEMS: You may cancel these items if your cancellation is received by Seafood City at least thirty (30) minutes prior to your pick-up time. Cancellations of these orders within thirty (30) minutes of the pick-up time are not permitted and such sales are considered final.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only allowed if the Products returned cannot be replaced or the replacement product is not available in the store. The full refund shall be made to credit.

Please allow up to thirty (30) days to receive your refund. For credit card transactions, a refund will only be credited to the original credit card used for the online purchase.

Refunds shall not include any incidental expenses (e.g., freight, transportation cost, etc.) on returning a product.
